Hard Disk Drives are traditional Hard Disk that we are familiar with and has been around since pretty much the start of computers. They have a needle and platters to store information.
Their random read and write is slower than their solid state drive counterparts but they are still useful today as the price per gig of hard disk to solid state drives still differs from a huge margin.
